Proposal goal — This proposal will update the expired client for Axelar Testnet Lisbon with the new one and thus unfreeze the IBC transfers between Axelar Testnet Lisbon and HAQQ TestEdge2. By voting YES, HAQQ TestEdge2 stakers voice their support in such an update, by voting NO, HAQQ TestEdge2 stakers voice their dissent in this update. This proposal has no effect besides unfreezing of the IBC connection between the two chains.
